Positive: The property is situated in very nice location, close to Karpacz. The facilities were in great condition and very clean. Beds very comfortable. You could find there everything you need. The whole lodge was nicely decorated and to very high standards. It deserves being described as luxury.
Negative: It appeared that the lodges next to it have their terraces just coming at the side of our main bedroom. As result you could hear every single word when people were sitting there and talking. Thankfully, our neighbors were not very loud but still we could hear them. Not ideal when you try to go to sleep earlier with small kid. The second thing is that looking at the pictures it looked as the small playground behind is just assigned to this lodge but it appeared it is shared with the two others as well. Again, we were lucky that no other kids arrived till our last day there. Maybe these will not be any issue for majority, but I was particularly looking for QUIET and private location, so it was bit disappointing. And I'm only writing this to this small group of people that would have expectations similar to mine. But overall the lodge itself, again, very nice and of very high standard. Highly recommend to all that are not so sensitive to "noises".
